Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. These times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, peak periods).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

Delays and lost packages
